Three spaces under glass and garden, 40 to 180 guests. Weddings, dinners, and the parties in between, an hour from the city and a century from it.
Book one, pair two, or take the whole estate. Every space includes the gardens for portraits.

Iron ribs, forty feet of glass overhead, and the golden hour everyone came for. 220 standing.

French doors open to the hedge walk. Ceremonies move here when the sky argues, and no one minds.

Brick vaults and candlelight below the glass. One long table, if you want it, and we think you do.
Most venues rent you a roof and a list of rules. The Atrium fee covers the room, the furniture, the backup plan, and a person who has done this four hundred times. Your caterer, your florist, your playlist.
Launches, retreat dinners, the holiday party people actually attend. The Cellar seats forty at one table, the Glasshouse takes 220 standing, and the screen hides behind the ferns until you need it.
Monday to Thursday dates carry off-peak fees all year. One invoice, no minimums, out by eleven.
Any licensed, insured caterer is welcome in the prep kitchen. No kitchen fee, no percentage, no corkage on your first case. We keep a preferred list of twelve locals because couples ask for one, not because anyone pays to be on it.
Bands, florists, and photographers need only a certificate of insurance and a load-in time.

Every Glasshouse booking includes the Garden Room as a ceremony backup. We make the call together by noon and there is no charge. It has rained on nineteen weddings here; all nineteen were fine.
Sixty free spaces, two EV chargers, and step-free drop-off at the door. Overflow parks along the lane past the gatehouse, four minutes under the limes.
Amplified music runs to 10:30 under glass and 11:00 in the Cellar; acoustic in the garden until 9. Glass carries sound beautifully, which is why the last dance feels the way it does.
Step-free entry to the Glasshouse and Garden Room, a lift to the Cellar, accessible restrooms in each wing, and reserved parking beside the door. Tell us what would help and we will set the room.
Walkthroughs run Tuesday through Saturday, timed an hour before sunset because that is when you will want the photos. Thirty minutes, no hard sell, and we hold your date for seven days afterward.
